Instead of saying don't eat this or that – to our children or to ourselves – we aim to understand where our food comes from (we love to garden and visit farmer markets), how to prepare it (I live in the kitchen) and how it affects our bodies (for better or worse.)
We use this deep knowledge, rather than fad diets or rules and regulations, to guide our food choices, allowing ourselves anything and everything, and as a result finding ourselves to be fit, happy and allergy-free.
